Day by Day Itinerary

  • Arrive at Kilimanjaro International Airport.
  • Transfer to a hotel in Arusha.
  • Orientation: Briefing on the safari itinerary and preparation.

On the first day, after your arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport, you will be warmly welcomed by a representative and then transferred to your hotel in Arusha. Here, you’ll have a chance to rest after your long flight. In the evening, you’ll meet your safari guide who will provide a detailed orientation about your upcoming adventure.

  • Drive to Ndutu in the Ngorongoro Conservation Area.
  • Afternoon game drive.
  • Overnight: At a camp or lodge in Ndutu.

After a hearty breakfast, you will embark on a scenic drive to Ndutu. This area is special because of its location in the Ngorongoro Conservation Area bordering the Serengeti. The afternoon game drive will introduce you to the region and, if luck is on your side, your first glimpse of the majestic wildebeest herds and their playful newborns.
